User Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, for any reason, and we will do it. You do not need an account and you do not need to explain why.

How to request deletion

• Email Hossam_ElZarw@outlook.com with the subject line "Delete my data".
• Send it from the email address you originally gave us, or tell us which address you used, so we can find the right record.
• If you contacted us through an Instagram or Facebook lead form, mention that — it helps us locate the submission.

What happens next

• We confirm receipt within 2 business days.
• We delete the data within 30 days and email you to confirm once it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• The student's first name, age, country, and stated programming experience.
• Any notes, scheduling records, and lead-form responses associated with you, including those received from Meta lead ads.
• Marketing attribution data (referring site and campaign parameters) linked to your submission.

What we may keep

We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it — for example invoices and payment records needed for tax and accounting purposes. These are kept only as long as legally required and are not used to contact you. We also keep a record of your deletion request itself, so we can prove the request was honoured.

Deleting data held by Meta

If you submitted an Instagram or Facebook lead form, Meta also stores a copy independently of us. Deleting your data here does not remove it from Meta. To remove that copy, use the Meta Accounts Center or the privacy settings inside the Facebook or Instagram app.
